Save time there by booking ahead:
tours, Broadway show, concert or sporting event tickets, and evaluating restaurants before you leave.

Event tickets are especially important to check out in advance. Popular entertainers and shows can sell out well in advance as I am sure you have experienced. With advance planning, you may just score tickets to a show that might never come to your home town!

You may also discover a restaurant that might require reservations before you even leave home, or perhaps one more distant from your hotel that might require special planning to get to.

If you plan to exercise while away,
look for trail maps or running routes, then print out & pack.

In the event that you just had NO time to preplan, come here once at your destination as well.
